  2. Bioavailable Nutrients: Look for supplements with nutrients in forms that are easily absorbed by the body, such as methylcobalamin for B12 and chelated minerals.
  3. Plant-Based Additives: Opt for supplements that use natural binders and fillers, such as cellulose or rice flour, which are gentler on the body.
  4. Probiotics: Beneficial bacteria that support gut health and enhance nutrient absorption.
  5. Herbal Extracts: Ingredients like turmeric and ginger that have anti-inflammatory properties and support overall wellness.
  6. Omega-3 Fatty Acids: Essential fats that support heart and brain health.
